Finance request statuses

Finance requests follow these three statuses.

Status	Description
PENDING	The finance request is being processed by the finance provider and is awaiting an outcome.
APPROVED	The finance request has been approved by the finance provider and the Job can progress.
REJECTED	The finance request has been rejected by the finance provider.
