Access the Installer app

To request a login link, email your Prime contractor with your:

Using these details, your Prime will generate an unique login link, which will be automatically sent to your email or mobile number.

Install on Apple devices​

  1. On your Apple device, go to the App store and install the UPowr Installer app.
  2. Open the app.
  3. When prompted with "UPowr Installer would like to send you notifications", tap OK.
  4. Tap on the login link that you received via email or SMS.

Install on Android devices​

  1. On your Android device, visit the Play store and install the UPowr Installer app.
  2. Open the app.
  3. When asked "Allow UPowr Installer to send you notifications?", tap Allow.
  4. Tap on the login link that you received via email or SMS.

If you are experiencing issues logging into the app, you may need to enable support links. To check this:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings.
  2. Select Apps or UPowr Installer.
  3. Select Open by default.
  4. Ensure Open support links is on.
  5. Select Add link.
  6. Tick installer.upowr.co as a supported link.
