Onboarding overview

The Onboarding workflow begins when:

• A Customer is added to the Platform via API
• A Customer completes a lead submission or product application process
• An Operator creates a new Customer via Console home

There is one Task in the Onboarding workflow, and its outcome is a trigger for subsequent workflows.
