Assign a Prime contractor to a Customer

Customers are first assigned a Prime contractor as part of the Onboard customer site Task. If a Prime contractor wasn't specified in this Task, you can add one through the Customer record. When you do this the assigned Prime contractor will have access to Quotes and Jobs that they've created.

To assign a Prime contractor to a customer:

  1. In Console, open the Customer’s record.
  2. Find the Sites section and select Open on the relevant Site.
  3. Select Onboarding form.
  4. Find the Customer details section and select a Prime contractor.
  5. Click Update.
Prime contractor cannot be updated

If a Customer is already assigned to a Prime, you will not be able to change the Prime. A support request must be raised at UPowr platform support.
