Find a Customer

Using the Home app, you can find a Customer record by searching the Customer tab list for their:

• Name
• Email
• Mobile
• Address
• Suburb
• State
• NMI
• Customer reference number
• External reference number

To find a Customer record:

1. Open Console.
2. On the Home app, find the 🔎 Search box on the Projects tab.
3. Enter a relevant search field, such as the Customer's name or Site address.
4. Open the Customer record by selecting the Customer's name.
