Verify phone number
For a Customer to receive Installer App communications, such as SMS notifications and calls, their phone number must be verified.
Verification can happen in multiple ways:
- The Customer can verify their number via the checkout step of the CX platform.
- An Operator can manually verify the Customer's number on their Console record.
- When a Customer is created via our API.
To manually verify a Customer's number
- Open Console.
- Find their Customer record.
- In the Details section, click Edit.
- Select the checkbox next to Verified.
