Verify phone number

For a Customer to receive Installer App communications, such as SMS notifications and calls, their phone number must be verified.

Verification can happen in multiple ways:

  • The Customer can verify their number via the checkout step of the CX platform.
  • An Operator can manually verify the Customer's number on their Console record.
  • When a Customer is created via our API.

To manually verify a Customer's number

  1. Open Console.
  2. Find their Customer record.
  3. In the Customer pane across the top of the page, click the more menu, then Edit Customer details.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Verified mobile.
