Find a Job

To find a specific Job record:

  1. Open Console.
  2. On the Home app, select the Jobs tab.
  3. Using the 🔎 Search box and enter a relevant search field, such as the Customer's name.
  4. Find the Job and click Open.

Preview and download Job files​

You can preview PDFs and images from the Job record. To preview other file types, you need to download them first.

To preview or download a Job file:

  1. Open the Job record.
  2. Find the Job files section.
  3. Take the required action, Open or Download.

Upload Job files​

To upload Job files to the Job record, you must categorise them. This ensures that they're stored correctly and can be used in workflows as required.

To upload a Job file:

  1. Open the Job record.
  2. Find the Job files section.
  3. Select Upload Files.
  4. Select or drag and drop required files.
  5. Select a category for each file.
    • For categorised files, specified files will automatically sync with the Installer app.
    • For uncategorised files, you may chose to send to the Installer app by selecting In app.
  6. Select Upload files

Reschedule a Job​

You can view the currently scheduled date for a Job from the Job record.

To reschedule a Job:

  1. Open the Job record.
  2. Find the Job details section.
  3. Input the new Job date and time using the Job date field
  4. Confirm change.

Cancel a Job​

To cancel a Job:

  1. Open the Job record.
  2. Select Actions, and then Cancel job.
  3. Select the cancellation reason. If Other, please enter reason.
  4. Confirm change.

Once you confirm the change, all related Workflows will be terminated. The Review Job cancellation task will be triggered for an Operator to confirm any additional required actions.

Note: you cannot cancel a job after the status is Submitted.
