Job types and statuses
Each Job has a type and a status that reflects its current progress.
Job types
On the Platform, the default Job types are:
- Site Inspection and Installation (available in Sales projects)
- Audit and Asset replacement (available in Service projects)
Job statuses
Status | Description |
---|---|
Created | The starting status for every Job. This means it has been created in the database but hasn’t been allocated to an Installer. |
Assigned | The Job has been created and allocated to an Installer. |
Accepted | The Installer has taken the Job. |
Scheduled | The Installer has confirmed the Job date with the Customer, and the date is set on the Job record. |
Rescheduled | The Customer, Installer, or Operator have rescheduled the Job date. |
Prepared | All actions prior to the Site visit have been completed and Job is ready to go ahead. |
Submitted | The Installer has submitted all the required Tasks and documents for the Job. |
Reviewed | The Installer documents have passed Operator assessment. |
Commissioned | For Installation Jobs only. Indicates the system is compliant and all documentation and external processes have been completed. |
Completed | QA and other operational activity have been completed for the Job, and it has successfully passed review. |
Cancelled | The Principal operator or Customer has canceled the Job |
Rejected | The assigned Installer has rejected the Job in the app. |
SLA status
The SLA status provides real-time visibility into Job timelines, helping operators stay on top of defined deadlines. The defined SLAs are:
- A Job should be Accepted within two calendar days of being Assigned to the Installer.
- A Job should be Submitted within two calendar days of the Job date.
SLA Status | Description |
---|---|
ON TRACK | The Job is not waiting on an Installer action. |
DUE | The Job is waiting on an Installer action. |
OVERDUE | The Job is outside of an agreed Installer SLA to complete an action. |
N/A | The Job status is Completed or Cancelled. |
