Government support
In Australia, federal and state governments provide a range of incentives and rebates to promote the adoption of distributed energy systems. These programs help lower upfront installation costs and drive renewable energy adoption. If government support options are enabled on the platform, they're automatically applied to a Customer's quote once they meet the eligibility criteria.

Closed support options
These Government support options are still visible on the Platform, however applications for them have closed.

Setting available government support options
Government support options are made available based on classes. To set the available government support options:
- Go to the Class Manager.
- Select the relevant class.
- Select the flag, Set Gov support options.
- Select Yes, to enable the flag.
- Under flag setting, select the government support option code.
- Select Apply.
When a government support option has been applied to a Quote, it will be visible on the Quote details.
Manually applying and adjusting government support options
To manually apply a government support option to a Quote:
- Go to the relevant Quote record.
- In the Financial summary section, select Apply under Government support.
- Select the relevant government support option and provide required information.
- Select Update.
To manually adjust a government support rebate or loan amount applied to a Quote:
- Go to the relevant Quote record.
- In the Financial summary section, select Edit under Government support.
- Enter the required rebate or loan amount.
- Select Save.
