Add a new Site

To add a Site for an existing Customer:

  1. Open Console, then open the Customer’s record.
  2. Select + Site. This will trigger the Onboard customer site task.
  3. Open Tasklist and complete the Task.
  4. Select Create.

When you create a new Site, the System design and Quote workflow will be automatically triggered for an Operator to create a Site design and Quote for the new Site.
