Sites overview

A Site is the location where a Customer has requested you install hardware or provide a service. On the Platform, information about a Site is consolidated in a Site record.

Customers can also be associated with more than one Site. Once they've been onboarded, you can add a new site

Site record​

On a Site record you can:

  • View and update Site details and the Site contact details.
  • View Active and Completed projects on the Site.
  • View and update Assets that are installed and active on the Site, as well as the history of decommissioned Assets that have been decommissioned from the Site.
  • View and upload files associated with the Site, including bills and switchboard photos.
  • View the log of Job and metering events that have occurred on the Site.
  • Create a Rectification request

You can also view and update the Site's electricity profile used for Quote forecasting. If these values are updated, they will only apply to Quotes created or edited after.
