New

  • Rectification jobs can now be completed through our Installer app. This brings across-the-board improvements for:
    • Installers - They can now complete all Job types through our Installer app in a consistent way, improving their efficiency.
    • Operators - They can now complete all Job types through our Platform without relying on external tools, reducing context switching and the double-handling of data.
    • Customers - Rectification jobs now use the same email and SMS comms as other Job types, leading to a more user-friendly experience.
  • In v2.10, we updated the Onboard customer site task with a new layout and new features that made it quicker and easier for Operators to complete. In this release, we're improving it further. Operators can now view and edit Custom retail offers directly from this task, saving them time and reducing context switching.

Improved

  • We updated the Customer record, so adding a new Site triggers the Onboard customer site task. Previously the Site was created directly in Console.
  • We updated the App switcher by:
    • Adding Class and flag previewer
    • Adding Class manager
    • Adding BOM automator
    • Removing Customer class manager
In tandem, we also updated the App names:
    • From Customers to Customer dashboard
    • From Load profile manager to Energy profile manager
    • From Contractor class manager to Contractor manager

Fixed

  • The Level filter in the Job dashboard was not being applied correctly with other filter options. The filter results now consider all applied options.
  • Inverter serial numbers were not automatically populating in the Asset register from the Installer app. This has been fixed.

New

  • The new NSW battery rebate under the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS), is now available as a government support option. When a Quote is eligible for the rebate, the number of Peak Reduction Certifications (PRCs) are calculated based on the battery in the system design and is shown on the Quote record.
  • We’ve introduced a powerful new theming system for our quote pages, enabling runtime adjustments without requiring a platform deployment. Colours, fonts, spacing, sizing, icons, and more can now be updated directly within our CMS. Building on its capabilities, this new feature allows content authors and designers to quickly create a tailored quote experience that aligns with each partner's unique branding and needs.

Improved

  • We updated the Onboard customer site task to make it quicker and easier for Operators to complete. It now features an improved layout that's visually aligned with other tasks. In addition:
    • To better understand the Customer's goals and energy needs, Operators can view the their Quote request form answers, including products of interest and comments.
    • To improve the Customer's energy and savings forecasts, Operators can select a custom energy profile for the Site.
  • The Jobs dashboard CSV export previously included some Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We removed these fields to maintain compliance with privacy requirements.

Fixed

  • Duplicate and edited Quotes were inheriting their expiration date from the Quotes they were based on, leading to new Quotes expiring very soon or in the past. To fix this, expiration dates for all Quotes are now calculated based on when it was published.
  • The System Design task now uses the 'Site inspection required' class flag to determine the default setting.
  • The Site layout image was missing from the Site inspection info sheet. This has been fixed.
  • The BOM Automator produced an error when keywords relating to an asset not in the system design were used. This has been fixed.

Improved

To help Operators manage on-site jobs, we created a new On-site job workflow. This new Workflow creates consistency between Site inspections, Installations, and Rectifications and contains all Tasks that Operators complete for these jobs, from assigning an Installer to attend the site to reviewing all required forms. As a part of this change:

  • We updated Task names to make them more consistent - Operators will now see:
    • Assign [Job type] to Installer and App
    • Send [Job type] details to Installer
    • Set [Job type] Date
    • Upload [Job type] Documents and Photo
  • We updated the Prime Rectification workflow - The Tasks in it are now completed by either Prime Schedule Operations or Prime Documents Operations, instead of Prime Quality and Service roles.
  • Installers can now only access their in-app Tasks after they've confirmed the Job date with the Customer and the Job status is Scheduled.
  • We created two new Tasklist default filters:
    • Ops: Pre-install tasks contains all operational tasks to be completed before the Installation Job date, in the Installation workflow.
    • Ops: Post-install tasks contains all operational tasks to be completed after the Installation Job date, in the Installation workflow.

Note: The existing Ops: Install task filter will be retired once all active Installation workflows have been completed or terminated.

Fixed

  • The Receive quote outcome task didn't have an assigned permission group. We've updated this to Principal Design.
