    • The existing Onboard customer site task;
    • A new Confirm BYOB asset details task: enables a Principal Sales Operator to confirm the asset details are correct, update them if required, and pass or fail the asset. The failed reasons can be passed through to your CRM to configure communications with the customer. If the task is passed, this can trigger a payload file being sent to your billing system;
    • The Onboard VPP Asset workflow (see v1.206 release notes).
  • Operator task to follow up with an installer when they have not accepted a job using the installer app after 3 days.
  • Ability for a Principal to override the capacity of the solar panels, inverter, or battery if the capacity provided by the customer or sourced from Asset Catalogue is not applicable to or correct for the site.

New

  • The BOM Automator app enables both Principals and Primes to define custom rules and relationships between SKUs for automatically generating a Bill of materials. A Prime can set its own rules or can use default logic, but can only view, set and edit rules for themselves.
  • Principals and Primes can now set SKU pricing for each Prime, in addition to setting pricing for a supplier. A Prime will only be able to view, set and edit their own pricing.
  • In Atlas, the System Summary panel displays live panel, inverter, and system design information.
  • The Onboard VPP Asset workflow streamlines the process of onboarding a hardware asset into a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) management platform. It includes the following new Operator tasks:
    • Confirm Asset Onboarding Details task: enables an Operator to confirm whether the hardware asset information is correct, or edit it if it is not, before submitting it to a VPP service.
    • Follow-up: Troubleshoot Assets task: surfaces an error message when there is an issue with onboarding the asset into a VPP service. The Operator can choose to resubmit the asset to the VPP service if the issues is resolved, or not.
    • Confirm Asset Controllable task: enables an Operator to update the VPP Status to Controlled, Not Controllable, or Excluded, depending on the outcome of the Onboard VPP Asset workflow.
  • Metering workflow processes metering service notification events received from external sources. An event log is added to the Site Record in the Metering Services table, and these events can be passed through to your CRM.
  • Categorised files are now automatically synced between the Platform and Installer app. This means for an On-app job, if the file is marked as 'In app', any new uploaded version will be automatically sent to the Installer app and replace the previous version. Operators are also able to send any uncategorised file to the Installer app by marking it as 'In app' when uploading it to the Job record.
  • Installers now receive a daily push notification at 8 am, if they have jobs outside of the following SLAs:
    • Assigned job has not been accepted after 2 days.
    • In-app forms have not been submitted 2 days after the job date.

  • Updated Job pack contents to use new PDF creation service and remove duplicated information.

Fixed

  • Previously, the Calculate voltage risk task appeared before the installation job status became SUBMITTED and the Review Installation Artefacts task. Now the Calculate voltage rise task now appears after the Review Installation Artefacts task, so operators may review the Commissioning sheet first.

New

  • New Operator task - Follow-up installer: Submit installation tasks. This Task is triggered 2 days after the install date if the Installer has not submitted all the installation forms via the Installer app.

Improved

  • Site inspection checklist can now be submitted via the Installer app, at any point after the Job has been accepted. This means the Site inspection report will be automatically generated and stored, regardless of any open Operator tasks.
  • Installer app access automated link will now direct the user to first download the UPowr Installer app from Testflight, if not available on the device. After the app has been downloaded, the user can select the link again to log into the app.
