Improved
We’ve improved how Customer mobile numbers are handled to ensure only verified numbers are used for communications via the Installer app. These changes help improve compliance with Customer contact practices.
- In "Confirm Job" tasks (such as Confirm Site Inspection), Operators will now see a warning if the Customer’s mobile number is not verified. If the Operator proceeds without verifying the number, the Installer app will be blocked from initiating Customer communications (e.g. SMS notifications or calls).
- The
is_verified
field is now exposed in the v1 Project API, allowing mobile verification status to be passed in when leads are created via the API.
