Complete QA

This task is:

• triggered when the Calculate voltage rise Task is completed.
• for on-app and off-app jobs.
• done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you'll upload a QA report and select an outcome. The Installation Job status will update to Reviewed once this Task is completed.

Next Task

Completing this Task triggers three new Tasks.

Outcomes

The Outcomes for this Task are:

• Compliant.
• Compliant, with feedback address.
• Not compliant and requires rectification.

Note: the selected outcome does not currently impact downstream Tasks and is only displayed on the Job record. A Rectification Job can be raised from the Site record.

Steps

To complete this task:

1. Review the Installation artefacts.
2. Upload the required file for the task. To do this:
   • Select + Choose to open the file picker.
   • Select and add the QA report as a PDF.
   • Wait for file upload to be marked as completed.
3. Select an Outcome for the QA review.
4. Click Complete.
