Pre-install stock check
This Task is:
- triggered 3 days before the installation date, if the status of the Installation Job is
Install Ready. - for on-app and off-app Jobs.
- done by Prime Logistics Operations.
In it, you'll check that the stock has arrived and that bad weather won't stop the Job from going ahead.
Next Task
- Review Installation Artefacts is triggered when the Installer has submitted all in-app forms.
- Upload Commissioning Sheet and Photos is triggered 1 day after the installation date.
Customer communications
When you complete this Task, the Customer will receive an email to tell them that their Installation is progressing and to remind them of the scheduled date.

- Check that the stock has arrived with the Installer.
- Check that the weather will be appropriate on the scheduled day.
- Click Complete.
