Receive permission to connect

This Task is triggered:

• triggered when the Lodge application to connect Task is completed.
• for on-app and off-app Jobs.
• done by Prime System Design.

In it, you'll upload the Permission to connect (PTC) form to the Platform where it will be saved to the Order record and synced with the Installer App.

Next

This task needs to be completed before the installation Job status will become PREPARED for residential Jobs.

Steps

To complete this Task:

1. Upload the required files in the relevant section. To do this:
   • Select + Choose to open the file picker.
   • Select and add the Permission to Connect file.
   • Wait for file upload to be marked as completed.
2. Click Complete
