Review installation artefacts
This Task is:
- triggered for on-app Jobs when the Installer has submitted all forms in-app.
- triggered for off-app Jobs when Upload Commissioning Sheet and Photos Task is completed.
- triggered in parallel with Confirm Monitoring Setup Task and if the Site is not in Victoria, Start Meter Upgrade Task.
- done by Prime Quality & Service.
In it, you'll review the artefacts that have been created during an Installation Job, and select an outcome. Based on the installed system, you may review the voltage rise and check that it’s appropriate. This information will be included in the system manual.
Check the Job record for task progress
You can check an Installer's progress with their tasks through the Job record. Here you can see whether a task has been started and if it has been submitted.

Outcomes
The outcomes of this task are:
Update installed BoM- The Quote BoM needs to be updated. This will trigger the Design System task.No action- The Job passes your review and moves to the Complete QA task.
Steps
To complete this task:
- Review the Installation artefacts.
- Enter the AC cable size and AC cable length.
- Check that the voltage rise is appropriate.
- Select an Outcome for the Installation artefacts review.
- Click Complete.
