Review leave behind pack

This Task is:

• triggered when the Override SLD Task is completed.
• for on-app and off-app Jobs.
• done by Prime System Design.

In it, you'll review the Leave behind pack generated by the Platform, where it will be saved to the Job record and synced with the Installer App.

The Platform generated Leave behind pack contains:

• Site information sheet (if ATLAS site design annotations are available)
• SLD
• Battery safety datasheet (if available and required by design)

Next Task

This task needs to be completed before the installation Job status will become Prepared.

For off-app Jobs, completing this Task triggers the Review and send Job pack to Installer task if the following Tasks have been completed:

• Set up Site in STC platform.
• Receive Order Request to Supplier.

Steps

To complete this task:

1. Review the automatically generated Leave behind pack.
2. If changes are required, you can either:
   • Edit annotations in ATLAS to update Site information sheet
   • Replace the annotated site layout on the Site information sheet
   • Replace the whole file
3. Click Complete

Battery-only quotes

As battery-only quotes do not currently use ATLAS, the Operator can upload any required files by selecting Replace whole file.
