Set up Site in STC platform

This Task is:

  • for on-app and off-app Jobs.
  • triggered when the status of the Installation Job changes to Scheduled and it's within four days of the job date.
    • For on-app jobs, this occurs when the Upload leave behind Task is completed and the Installer has accepted the Job.
    • For off-app Jobs, this occurs when the Upload leave behind and Set Installation date Tasks are completed
  • done by Prime Operations.

It is a prompt to set up the Site in your STC platform.

Next Task​

The next Task is triggered when the Review Leave Behind Pack, Receive Order Confirmation from Supplier, and Receive Permission to Connect tasks have been completed.

Note: The Pre-install stock check task is triggered 3 days before the installation date.

Steps​

To complete this task:

  1. Review the job details.
  2. Set up the Site in the relevant STC platform.
  3. Click Complete.
