Start meter upgrade

This Task is:

  • if the Site's state is Victoria, triggered for on-app and off-app Jobs when the Upload Regulatory Documents Task is completed.
  • if the Site's state is not Victoria, triggered:
    • for on-app Jobs when the Installer has submitted all forms in-app.
    • for off-app Jobs when Upload Commissioning Sheet and Photos Task is completed.
    • in parallel with Review Installation Artefacts Task and Confirm Monitoring Setup Task.
  • done by Prime Operations.

This is a prompt to begin activities required to upgrade the Customer's meter. This Task must be completed before the Installation Job status will update to Commissioned.

Next task​

If the following tasks are also completed, the next Task for on-app and off-app Jobs is Generate Customer Invoice.

  • Confirm Monitoring Setup.
  • Upload STC Assignment Form.
  • Update Asset Serial Numbers.
  • Upload Regulatory Documents, if the Site not in Victoria.
