Upload STC assignment form

This Task is:

  • triggered when the Complete QA Task is completed. It is triggered in parallel with Update Asset Serial Numbers and Upload Regulatory Documents.
  • for on-app and off-app Jobs.
  • done by Prime Operations.

In the Task, you may be asked to categorise your files. Categorised files will be updated with the appropriate name and stored in the relevant record. This Task must be completed before the Installation Job status will update to Commissioned.

To complete this Task, you must have the STC assignment form, which is obtained after the STCs for the Site have been traded.

If the following tasks are also completed, the next Task for on-app and off-app Jobs is Generate Customer Invoice.

  • Confirm Monitoring Setup.
  • Upload Regulatory Documents.
  • Update Asset Serial Numbers.
  • Start Meter Upgrade.

Steps

To complete this Task:

  1. Upload required files in the relevant section by:
    • Select + Choose to open the file picker.
    • Select and add the STC assignment form.
    • Wait for file upload to be marked as completed.
  2. Click Complete
