Redesign Quote paths

In the Review Site inspection artefacts Task, two of the outcomes will trigger the Design and Publish Quote workflow. These are:

• Update Quote variations - If selected, the Operator will be able to edit the current Quote.
• Redesign Site and Quote. If selected, the current Quote will be duplicated and then voided, and the Operator will be able to edit the duplicated Quote.

Installation job tasks

This Workflow:

• begins when a Quote is approved for installation and/or the Customer has paid the deposit.
• ends when the installation is complete.

This workflow:

• Begins when an operator triggers a request to update the Quote associated with an installation Job.
• Ends when the operator approves or rejects the request.

Redesign Quote path

One of the outcomes of the Create Quote change requests Task is Revise existing Quote. If this happens:

• the current Quote will be duplicated, and maintain its APPROVED status.
• the Design System task in the Design and Publish Quotes workflow will be triggered.
• the revised Quote once published will be in AWAITING EXTERNAL APPROVAL status.

VPP tasks

This workflow:

• Is designed to streamline the process of onboarding installed hardware asset(s) to a VPP platform.
• Enables passing relevant customer, site, asset and event data to CRM, billling and other enterprise systems.

How it is triggered depends on the Asset:

• For assets installed on the Platform, it is triggered when the Final installation review Task is completed and the outcome is Approve installation.
• For assets that are already installed outside of the Platform, it is triggered when the Onboard customer site task is completed.

The Tasks in this workflow are controlled by hooks, and you can switch them on if required.
