Assign Site inspection to Installer and app

This Task is:

• triggered when a Site inspection Job has been created, along with a corresponding Job info sheet.
• for on-app and off-app Jobs.
• done by Prime Schedule Operations.

In it, you’ll select the Installer for the Job and select whether the Job will be done on-app (through the Installer app) or off-app.

Steps

1. Review the Job details.
2. Check the Status. If it's:
   • Created, this is a new Job for the Installer.
   • Rejected, the Installer has been sent this Job before and they turned it down. A rejection reason will also be provided.
3. Choose an option for:
   • Installer company.
   • Use Installer app.
4. Click Complete.
