Complete Site inspection review

This Task is:

  • triggered when the Customer’s Site inspection is completed and the Customer’s Quote is finalised.
  • for on-app and off-app Jobs.
  • done by Prime Review Design.

In it, you’ll complete a checklist based on the Site inspection and updated Quote before submitting it for a final review.

Outcomes​

These outcomes are a recommendation only and both trigger the same next Task where an Operator will conduct a final review.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Quote and Job details.
  2. Complete the checklist form, including outcome.
  3. If required, add Additional comments.
  4. Click Complete
Additional comments can be used in Customer comms

The text that you enter in the Additional comments field is also forwarded to the CRM. It can be used by the Sales team or in emails and other communications sent to the Customer to explain the variations to their Quote.
