Review Job Cancellation

This Task is:

  • a Conditional Task.
  • triggered if the Job status is CANCELLED.
  • for on-app and off-app Jobs.
  • done by Prime Operations.

In it, you’ll ensure all off-platform processes to cancel the Job are completed. Please note, the Job status is already CANCELLED when this task appears.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review Job details
  2. Complete any required off-platform processes to cancel the Job.
  3. Click Complete
