Upload Site inspection documents and photos

This Task is :

  • triggered 1 day after the Customer’s scheduled Site inspection.
  • for off-app Jobs only.
  • done by Prime Documents Operations.

In it, you’ll upload Site inspection artefacts to the Platform, such as the Site inspection report and photos.

You can upload:

  • PDF documents
  • Image file formats

In the Task, you will be asked to upload files for a specific category. Categorised files will be updated with the appropriate name and stored in the relevant record.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Upload required files in the relevant section. To do this:
    • Select + Choose to open file picker.
    • Select and add the Site inspection artefacts.
    • Wait for file upload to be marked as Completed.
  2. Click Complete.
