Final quote review
This Task is:
- triggered when draft Quotes have been prepared.
- completed by Principal Design.
In it, you'll review the Quotes that have been prepared for a Customer and select an outcome for each one:
Outcomes
In this Task you'll choose an outcome for each Quote.
If you select Request changes for a Quote, the workflow will revert to the Prepare quotes task so it can be updated. Similarly, if all Quotes are rejected, the workflow will revert to the Prepare quotes task so they can be reviewed and updated.
Note: There may be a few minutes delay before the next task appears.
Steps
To complete this Task:
- Review each Quote.
- Decide the outcome:
- To approve the Quote, select Approve quote for publishing
- To reject the Quote, select Reject quote
- To request changes to the Quote, select Request changes
- If the quote is not approved, add comments
- Click Complete
