Requote Customer

This Task is:

  • triggered when the Customer requests a new Quote in the CX Platform.
  • done by Prime system design

In it, you'll review the requote request and trigger a new Quote design process.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Quote details and the requote request.
  2. Select an Outcome.
  3. If a requote is required, select a Requote reason.
  4. Click Complete
