This Task is:

  • triggered when the Customer uploads a switchboard photo in the CX Platform.
  • done by Prime system design

In it, you’ll assess whether the Quote needs to be updated based on the switchboard photo.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Quote details and switchboard photo.
  2. Select an Outcome.
  3. If a requote is required, select a Requote reason.
  4. Click Complete.
