Receive Quote change outcome

This Task is:

• triggered when the outcome of Create quote change request task is
  • Revise existing Quote and the Design System tasks is completed; or
  • Unable to do installation
• done by Prime Operations.

In it, you'll finalise the outcome of the Quote change process for the Installation Job.

Outcomes

The outcomes of this Task are:

• Quote change approved - The Customer and all relevant parties have agreed to the revised Quote, and the Installation Job can proceed. The revised Quote status will update to ACCEPTED.
• Quote change rejected, cancel job - The Customer or relevant party has not agreed to the revised Quote, and the Installation Job will be cancelled.
• Quote change cancelled - The Customer or relevant party has not agreed to the revised Quote. The Installation Job will proceed with the existing Quote associated.

Steps

To complete this Task:

1. Review the Quote change outcome from all parties
2. Select the appropriate outcome:
   • Quote change approved - The Customer and all relevant parties have agreed to the revised Quote, and the Installation Job can proceed.
   • Quote change rejected, cancel job - The Customer or relevant party has not agreed to the revised Quote, and the Installation Job will be cancelled.
   • Quote change cancelled - The Customer or relevant party has not agreed to the revised Quote. The Installation Job will proceed with the existing Quote associated.
