Confirm asset controllable

This task is:

  • a Supplementary task.
  • triggered after 2 weeks when there is no error with onboarding an asset to a VPP platform.
  • for on-app and off-app Jobs.
  • done by Principal VPP.

In it, you'll view the Site record, check the VPP asset status is correct, and update it if required

Steps​

To complete this task:

  1. View asset details in the Assets table.
  2. Click Update.
  3. Update asset details in Update asset.
  4. Check the VPP status is correct.
    • If the asset has been successfully onboarded, mark the asset as 'Controlled'.
    • If the asset onboarding error could not be resolved, mark the asset as 'Excluded'.
  5. Click Save Asset.
  6. Click Complete.

There are no further tasks in this workflow. At the end of the workflow an event is emitted with the asset's VPP status.
