Assign Asset replacement to Installer and App

This Task is:

  • triggered after the Confirm Asset replacement job task
  • done by Prime Schedule Operations

In it, you'll provide a Job note to Installer that they'll see in the Installer app or Job info sheet.

To complete this task:

  1. Review the Service request.
  2. Select an Installer company.
  3. Select whether the Job will be completed on or off app.
  4. Click Complete.
