Complete QA

This Task is:

  • triggered after reviewing Asset replacement artefacts
  • for on-app and off-app jobs.
  • done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you'll upload a QA report and select an outcome. The Asset replacement Job status will update to Reviewed once this Task is completed.

The Outcomes for this Task are:

  • Compliant.
  • Compliant, with feedback address.
  • Not compliant and requires rectification.

Note: the selected outcome does not currently impact downstream Tasks and is only displayed on the Job record. A Rectification Job can be raised from the Site record.

Steps​

To complete this task:

  1. Review the Asset replacement artefacts.
  2. Upload the required file for the task. To do this:
    • Select + Choose to open the file picker.
    • Select and add the QA report as a PDF.
    • Wait for file upload to be marked as completed.
  3. Select an Outcome for the QA review.
  4. Click Complete.
