Confirm Asset replacement job

This Task is:

  • triggered after the Confirm Prime for Asset replacement task
  • done by Prime System Design

In it, you'll provide a Job note to Installer that they'll see in the Installer app or Job info sheet.

Steps

To complete this task:

  1. Review the Service request.
  2. If required, go to Job note for Installer and enter notes.
  3. Click Complete.
Customer mobile number must be verified for Installer app comms

If the Customer's mobile number isn't verified, you won't be able to send them SMS notifications or call them via the Installer app. A warning will appear on the Task to let you know this. To enable Installer app comms, you need to verify their number.
