Confirm monitoring setup

This Task is:

  • triggered for on-app Jobs when the Installer has submitted all forms in-app.
  • triggered for off-app Jobs when Review and send Job pack to Installer Task is completed.
  • done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you'll check the monitoring setup for a system and select an outcome. This Task must be completed before the Asset Replacement Job status will update to Commissioned.

  • Monitoring connected and operating properly
  • Monitoring not required
  • Monitoring not operating correctly. Ticket raised

Please note the selected outcome does not currently impact downstream tasks and is only displayed on the Job record.

Steps​

To complete this task

  1. Review the monitoring setup and assets on the Site.
  2. Select an Outcome for the Monitoring review.
  3. Click Complete.
