Follow-up installer: Submit asset replacement tasks

This Task is:

  • triggered 3 days after the asset replacement booking date, if the in-app asset replacement tasks have not been submitted.
  • for on-app Jobs only.
  • done by Prime Documents Operations.

In it, you’ll contact the Installer and prompt them to submit any incomplete in-app forms for the job.

Next Task

Review Asset Replacement Artefacts will only appear when the Installer has submitted all in-app forms.

Steps

To complete this Task:

  1. Determine progress of forms in-app and contact Installer.
  2. Select Complete
