Review Asset replacement artefacts

This task is:

  • triggered after the Installer submits Job artefacts, either by submitting an Installer app form or providing them manually.
  • done by Prime Quality & Service

In it, you'll review the artefacts that have been created during an Asset replacement job, and select an outcome.

Outcomes​

The outcomes of this task are:

  • Yes - The Asset register needs to be updated - The Asset register needs to be updated. This will trigger a pop up to update the Asset register.
  • No - The Job passes your review.

Please note selected outcome does not currently impact downstream tasks and is only displayed on the Job record.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Asset replacement artefacts.
  2. Select an Outcome.
  3. Click Complete.
