Update Asset serial numbers

This task is:

  • triggered when the Complete QA Task is completed. It is triggered in parallel with Upload Regulatory Documents.
  • for on-app and off-app jobs.
  • done by Prime Documents Operations.

In it, you'll enter serial numbers for the Assets on a Site. If an Asset already has a serial number, it won't be shown on the Task. To check a serial number, navigate to the Site record. This Task must be completed before the Asset replacement Job status will update to Commissioned.

To complete this task:

  1. Review serial numbers provided by the Installer via the app.
  2. Enter the serial number of each Asset on the Site.
    • You can bulk enter serial numbers by separating them with a comma or line.
    • Duplicated serial numbers will not be accepted.
  3. Click Complete.
