Upload regulatory documents
This Task is:
- triggered when the Complete QA Task is completed. It is triggered in parallel with Update Asset Serial Numbers.
- for on-app and off-app Jobs.
- done by Prime Documents Operations.
In it, you'll upload any required regulatory documents. This Task must be completed before the Asset replacement Job status will update to Commissioned.
The regulatory documents required for this Task are based on the state where the Site is located. For example, a Certificate Compliance Electrical Work (CCEW) is required for sites in NSW, and without uploading this document, you won't be able to complete the Task.
Next Task
If the Site is in Victoria, completing this Task will trigger Start Meter Upgrade Task.
If the Site is not in Victoria, completing this Task will not directly trigger any new Tasks. If the following tasks are also completed, the next Task for on-app and off-app Jobs is Final Asset Replacement Review.

File formats and names
You can upload:
- PDF documents
- Zip files
- Images file formats
In the Task, you will be asked to upload files for a specific category. Categorised files will be updated with the appropriate name and stored in the relevant record.
Steps
To complete this Task:
- Upload required files in the relevant section. To do this:
- Select + Choose to open the file picker.
- Select and add any required regulatory documents.
- Wait for file upload to be marked as completed.
- Click Complete
