Update Asset serial numbers

This task is:

• triggered when the Review Audit Artefacts Task outcome is Yes - The Asset register needs to be updated
• for on-app and off-app jobs
• done by Prime Documents Operations

In it, you'll update the Asset Replacement details for the Site. If an Asset already has replacement details, it won't be shown on the Task. To check replacement details, navigate to the Site record.

Steps

To complete this task:

1. Review replacement details provided by the Installer via the app.
2. Enter the replacement details for each Asset on the Site.
   • You can bulk enter details by separating them with a comma or line.
   • Duplicated entries will not be accepted.
3. Click Complete.
