Address Service feedback

This Task is:

  • a Conditional Task.
  • triggered if the outcome of the Final Service review task is Additional Prime input required.
  • done by Prime Quality & Service

In it, you’ll assess whether the Prime addressed the feedback, and select an outcome.

Outcomes

File formats and names

To provide evidence, you can upload:

  • PDF documents
  • Zip files
  • Images file formats

In the Task, you may be asked to categorise your files:

  • Categorised files will be updated with the appropriate name and stored in the relevant record.
  • Uncategorised files will be stored with current file name.

Steps

To complete this Task:

  1. Check Review History for the Principal's feedback on the Job.
  2. Provide evidence to address the feedback. To do this, you can:
    • Upload any requested files on the Job record.
    • Provide a note in the Comments field on the Task.
  3. When sufficent evidenace has been provided, click Complete.
