Receive Manufacturer service outcome

This Task is:

  • triggered when the outcome of the Create Service request task is Manufacturer action required.
  • done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you’ll assess whether the issue has been resolved by the manufacturer, and select the required next step.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. If required, upload documentation from the manufacturer to the Job record.
  2. Fill out the Task form.
  3. If required, add a note to the Installer or Principal in the Comments box. It will be automatically included in the Installer documents.
  4. Click Complete.
