Assign Rectification to Installer and App

This Task is:

• triggered when the:
  • Outcome of the Confirm Rectification request_ Task is Accepted - Send installer to site, or
  • Outcome of the Manufacturer Rectification outcome Task is one of:
    • Not resolved - Manufacturer send replacement.
    • Not resolved - Manufacturer send installer to site.
    • Not resolved - Prime send installer to site.
• done by Prime Schedule Operations.

In it, you’ll select the Installer or Manufacturer for the Job.

Steps

1. Review the Job details.
2. Go to Assign Job to Installer company and select an Installer company.
3. Click Complete.
