Complete Rectification review

This Task is:

  • triggered when the Prime rectification job has been reviewed, and the Asset register has been updated
  • done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you’ll complete a checklist based on the Rectification before selecting a final outcome.

Outcomes​

Triggering an additional Prime Rectification Job

By selecting the outcome Issue not resolved, trigger new rectification job, you'll trigger a new Prime rectification job workflow. This Job will be linked to the original Principal rectification request and track any additional actions or site visits required to resolve the issue. The Principal will not review the current Job until the new Prime Rectification Job is completed.

  • Pass, issue(s) resolved - Rectification request has been addressed and is ready for Principal review.
  • Issue not resolved, trigger new rectification job - Rectification request requires an additional Prime Rectification Job.
  • Fail, unable to resolve issue(s) - Rectification request has not been successfully addressed and requires Principal input.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Job details.
  2. Complete the checklist form, including selecting an Outcome.
    • If an Asset was replaced at Site, select Add an asset to indicate which Asset.
    • If required, add Additional comments.
  3. Click Complete

Next Task​

The next Task is determined by this Task’s outcome. If it’s:

  • Pass, issue(s) resolved - Final Rectification review Task, for the Principal to complete.
  • Issue not resolved, trigger new rectification job - Confirm Rectification Request Task, for the Prime to complete.
  • Fail, unable to resolve issue(s) - Final Rectification review Task, for the Principal to complete.
