Confirm Rectification request

This Task is:

  • triggered when the Principal has completed the Rectification request tasks.
  • done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you’ll review the Rectification request and select the appropriate outcome to address the issue.

Outcomes​

  • Accepted - Manufacturer action required - The Prime will raise the issue with the manufacturer to resolve.
  • Accepted - Send installer to site - The Prime will send an Installer to Site to resolve the issue.
  • Accepted - Issue rectified remotely - The Prime successfully resolved the issue remotely.
  • Rejected - Rectification request decline - The Prime is unable to complete the Rectification request.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Rectification request form completed by the Prime. Add any additional detail and comments you would like to provide an Installer and/ or the Principal.
  2. Select an Outcome for the Rectification request review.
  3. Click Complete.

The next Task is determined by this Task's outcome. If it's:

  • Accepted - Manufacturer action required - Manufacturer Rectification outcome Task.
  • Accepted - Send installer to site - Assign Rectification Job Task.
  • Accepted - Issue rectified remotely - Complete Rectification Review Task.
  • Rejected - Rectification request decline - Complete Rectification Review Task.
