Create Rectification request

This Task is:

  • triggered when the Rectification workflow is started.
  • done by Principal Quality & Service.

In it, you’ll create a Rectification request for a Prime to resolve. Rectification jobs are automatically assigned to the Customer's allocated Prime.

Steps

To complete this Task:

  1. Fill out the Rectification request:
    • Categorise the rectification
    • Select Fault detected date.
    • Select Add an asset to add an Asset from the Site record.
    • Select Add an issue to add issue details.
  2. Click Complete.
