Create Rectification request
This Task is:
- triggered when the Rectification workflow is started.
- done by Principal Quality & Service.
In it, you’ll create a Rectification request for a Prime to resolve. Rectification jobs are automatically assigned to the Customer's allocated Prime.
Steps
To complete this Task:
- Fill out the Rectification request:
- Categorise the rectification
- Select Fault detected date.
- Select Add an asset to add an Asset from the Site record.
- Select Add an issue to add issue details.
- Click Complete.
