Final Rectification review

This Task is triggered when:

• triggered when the Complete Site inspection review Task is completed and the outcome is either:
  • Pass, issue(s) resolved
  • Fail, unable to resolve issue(s)
• done by Principal Quality & Service.

In it, you’ll decide whether the Rectification issue has been resolved appropriately by the Prime.

Outcomes

• Approved, issue(s) resolved - The Rectification request has been adequately addressed by the Prime.
• Additional Prime input required - The Job needs additional artefacts from the Prime and Installer.
• Failed, new rectification job required - The Rectification request requires an additional Job to be resolved.
• Failed, issue can not be resolved - The Rectification issue will not be resolved and system does not perform as expected.

Steps

To complete this Task:

1. Review the Job details and files from the linked Prime rectification jobs.
2. Select an Outcome for Final rectification review:
   • For Approved, issue(s) resolved, complete the remaining checklist.
   • For Additional Prime input required, provide feedback in Comments.
   • For Failed, new rectification job required, detail any reasons in the Job record.
   • For Failed, issue can not be resolved, detail any reasons in the Job record.
3. Select Complete
