Manufacturer Rectification outcome

This Task is:

• triggered when the outcome of Confirm Rectification request task is Accepted - Manufacturer action required.
• done by Prime Quality & Service.

In it, you’ll detail the actions taken by the manufacturer to address the issue and select relevant outcome.

Outcomes

• Resolved - Remotely by manufacturer - The Prime has confirmed issue has been resolved remotely by the manufacturer.
• Not resolved - Manufacturer send replacement - The manufacturer will send a new Asset to replace the faulty one. An Installer may be sent by either the Prime or the manufacturer.
• Not resolved - Manufacturer send installer to site - The manufacturer will send an Installer to Site to investigate and resolve the issue.
• Not resolved - Prime send installer to site - The Prime will send an Installer to Site to investigate and resolve the issue.
• Unable to resolve - The manufacturer was unable to address the issue and requires input from the Principal.

Steps

To complete this Task:

1. If required, upload documentation from the manufacturer to the Job record.
2. Select an Outcome for Manufacturer rectification review.
3. Add a note to the Installer or Principal in the Comments box. It will be automatically included in the Installer documents.
4. Click Complete.

• Unable to resolve - Complete Rectification Review Task.
