Set Rectification job date

This Task is:

  • triggered when the Send Rectification details to Installer Task is completed.
  • if the Installation Job is being managed off-app.
  • done by Prime Schedule Operations.

You can do this Task once you’ve confirmed the Customer’s Rectification job date and time. In it, you’ll enter this information into the Platform.

Steps​

To complete this Task:

  1. Review the Job details.
  2. Set job date for the Rectification.
  3. Click Complete.

Next Task​

The next Task is Upload Rectification Documents (⏱️ this Task is triggered on the scheduled date of the Rectification job).
